SHINEHEAT supplies pre-assembled plate-and-gasket packs, with an optional frame-accessory package, for compact shipment and assembly at the installation site.

A gasketed plate pack and an optional frame kit are supplied to the agreed component scope. The drawings, operating duty and assembly plan determine the final configuration.

Review the plate arrangement, gasket compound, plate material and thickness, compressed dimension, frame interfaces and testing responsibilities before shipment. The scope is confirmed for each project.

What is supplied in a pre-assembled plate heat exchanger package?

The agreed scope can include a plate-and-gasket pack and a separate optional frame-accessory kit. The quotation and packing list define the actual components supplied.

Is a packaged plate pack ready to operate immediately?

A plate pack shipped separately from its frame still requires site assembly. Plate sequence, gasket condition, connections, final compressed dimension and the agreed testing procedure must be checked before operation.

What information is needed to select a plate pack and frame kit?

Send the existing nameplate or design basis, plate model and count, plate arrangement, compressed dimension, frame and nozzle drawings, fluids, flow rates, temperatures, design pressures and delivery requirements.
